Our Terms & Conditions:

1. Revisions

We provide high-quality photographic content for online and print use. All content is professionally edited in our signature artistic style. Each order includes one complimentary full revision to address minor adjustments such as color correction, cropping, and sky replacement. We also offer up to three additional images at no extra cost if they were captured during the initial shoot.

Further changes or additional images beyond the included revisions and free images are subject to additional charges. Each additional image is £5. A complete reshoot will be considered a new booking with standard fees. Minor revisits requiring additional content will be charged between £10 and £50. The final digital content will be delivered within 7 days of the appointment.

2. Payment

Estate Agents:
Invoices are issued on the 23rd of each month and are due within 14 days. Payments can be made via bank transfer (details on the invoice), credit/debit card through the provided payment link, or by phone for amounts under £2,000. All payments are final.

New Clients, Homeowners & Individuals:
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payment can be made online via the invoice link or by calling 01202 030939. If full payment is not received within 48 hours, your appointment may be released. In some cases, a £50 non-refundable deposit may be accepted, with the remaining balance due on the day of the appointment. Final products will not be delivered until full payment has been received. All payments are final.

These payment terms apply to all clients unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.

3. Late Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Late Payments:
A £25 late payment fee will be applied to invoices that are 7 days overdue. An additional £50 fee will be applied if the invoice is 30 days overdue. If payment is not received within 60 days, we reserve the right to suspend future services and initiate legal proceedings to recover the balance, including any associated court and legal fees.

Refunds:
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please submit a written request via email to hello@propertyphotographygroup.com within 14 days of order completion. If part of an order is cancelled, the payment difference can be refunded or alternatively, you have the option to add credit to your account for future use. Please note that once you opt for account credit, it is non-refundable after the initial 14-day period. However, you can use the credit on your account for future services whenever you like, without any time limit.

Refunds will not be issued for issues related to weather conditions, dissatisfaction with the final product (provided it aligns with our portfolio standards), or if an alternative solution has already been provided (e.g., a re-edit or a second visit). Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days.

Cancellations (Estate Agents):
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled at no charge up to the day before the appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling on the day of the appointment will incur a £25 fee. If we are unable to complete the job upon arrival, the full amount will be charged, and any future bookings will be considered new appointments.

Cancellations (New Clients, Homeowners & Individuals):
Cancellations made before the day of the appointment will receive a refund, minus a £50 non-refundable deposit. Rescheduling before the appointment day is free of charge. Cancellations or rescheduling on the day of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the full amount, and a £25 fee will be charged to reschedule.

Weather-Related Cancellations:
We generally proceed with all appointments regardless of weather. Clients can reschedule a weather-affected appointment at no cost, but payment for the appointment is still required. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy remains in place.
