Let's get on the same page: Our Terms
1. Get Your Property Looking Its Best!
We're all about capturing your property's charm with a bit of artistic flair! You'll get high-quality content that looks fantastic online and in print. Our talented team will professionally edit everything to make it shine, while keeping our signature style.
To make sure you're happy, we include one free full revision with every order. This covers little tweaks like adjusting colours, cropping, music in videos, and even swapping out skies. Plus, if we captured some extra great shots, we can include up to three more images for free!
Need more changes or extra images beyond that? No problem! Each additional image is just £5. If we need to pop back for another visit, that'll be considered a new booking with our standard fees. You can expect your awesome final digital goodies within 7 days of your appointment.
2. Easy Payment Options:
For Our Regulars (Client Portal Members): We'll send you an invoice around the 23rd or 24th of each month, and it's due by the end of the month or the date on the invoice. You can pay easily via bank transfer (details on the invoice), credit/debit card (just click the payment link we provide), or even over the phone for amounts under £2,000 – just give us a ring on 01202 030939. Once you pay, it's all sorted and final.
For New Friends & Other Folks (New Clients, Vendors, Tenants, Landlords, etc.): To lock in your appointment, we just need the full payment within 48 hours of booking. You can pay online via the invoice, the email link we send, or by calling us on 01202 030939. If we don't receive the full amount within that time, we may have to release your slot. In some cases, we can take a £50 non-refundable deposit upfront, with the rest due on the day of the appointment. If we can't collect the final payment when we're there, we won't be able to hand over the final products.
Just so you know, all payments are processed right away and are final, so any payments made are non-refundable. These payment terms apply to everyone booking with us now and in the future, unless we've agreed something different in writing.
3. Changing Plans? Here's the Lowdown on Cancellations & Refunds:
Refunds: We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis, so just drop us an email at hello@propertyphotographygroup.com within 14 days of when your order was completed and tell us what's up. If we approve a refund, we'll get it back to you within 30 days.
Late Payments: We know things can get overlooked, but if an invoice is 7 days late, we'll add a small £25 fee. If it's 30 days late, it'll be another £50. If payment isn't received within 60 days, we might have to put a hold on future services and even take legal steps to recover the balance, which could include court and legal fees. Let's try to avoid that!
Cancellations (Our Portal Members): You can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment for free anytime up to the day before! If something comes up on the day itself and you give us more than an hour's notice, we just ask for a £50 cancellation or rescheduling fee. For those super last-minute cancellations (within the hour) or if you don't make it, the full appointment cost will apply, and any future bookings will be treated as new.
Cancellations (New Clients, Vendors, Tenants & Landlords): If you need to cancel your appointment before the day it's scheduled, we'll refund you, just keeping a £50 non-refundable deposit. Alternatively you’re welcome to reschedule for free before that day. For cancellations or rescheduling on the actual day of your appointment, the full amount is non-refundable, and there's a £50 fee to reschedule.
4. Where We Travel:
Good news! Travel within Dorset is on us – it's free! For properties outside of Dorset, there's a minimum £10 travel fee. Any travel costs will be included in your booking price or we'll give you a quote beforehand. We might even waive travel costs sometimes – just depends!
5. Who Owns the Awesome Content?
Just so we're clear, Property Photography Group keeps the ownership of all the creative stuff we produce. This includes copyrights, ideas, and the final products. Ownership does not transfer to you.
6. How You Can Use Our Content:
Our Direct Clients: As our direct client (Business or individual booking with us direct), you receive a non-exclusive, ongoing license to use the content for all your commercial or personal purposes. This includes online listings, print materials, property promotions, and anything else related to your business or person.
Vendors, Tenants, Landlords: If another party (Vendor, Tenant, or Landlord) wants to use the content independently from their Estate Agent or our Direct Client, for their own personal purposes, they'll need to purchase a separate, non-exclusive license for a one-time fee of £75.00. This applies even if they contributed to the original payment, as this license grants them their own distinct usage rights.
Commercial Third Party: If another commercial party is involved, like another Estate Agent, and they wish to use the content for their commercial purposes, they'll need to purchase a separate, non-exclusive license for a one-time fee of £100.00. This license grants them their own commercial usage rights.
Under no circumstances can any client or third party sell our content for profit.
We reserve the right to withdraw any licenses at any time with no refunds given.
7. Keeping Your Files Safe:
You can download your digital goodies (except virtual tours) through Dropbox or a link we'll send. If you're a regular client with portal access, we keep your orders for up to 6 months (or 12 months if you're a Photo+ member). For new clients and third-party orders, we keep them for 30 days. After these times, we can't guarantee we'll still have your files. Virtual tours stay active for 3 months, but you can ask for an extension (with an extra fee).
We may keep some of your awesome content to show off our work!
