Our Terms & Conditions

1. Performance of Service & Revisions:

Property Photography Group will deliver its services with artistic flair, producing high-quality content suitable for both web and print. We will professionally edit your content to enhance its quality while reflecting our artistic style. Each order includes one complimentary full revision, which covers minor adjustments such as color correction, cropping, music edits, and sky replacements, as well as up to three additional images from the original shoot. Any further revisions or additional images beyond these are available for a fee of £5 per image. If a return visit is required, this will be considered a new booking and subject to applicable fees. Final digital products will be delivered within 7 days of your appointment.

2. Payment Terms:

Client Portal Members:

For our clients with client portal access, invoices are issued monthly on the 23rd or 24th, with payment due by the last day of the month or the date specified on the invoice. Payments can be made via bank transfer (details on the invoice), credit/debit card (through a provided payment link), or by phone (for amounts under £2,000, call 01202 030939). All payments are processed immediately and are considered final.

Non-Client Portal Members:

For new clients or third parties, such as vendors, tenants, or landlords, full payment is required within 48 hours of booking to secure your appointment. Payment can be made online via invoice, email link, or by phone (01202 030939). Failure to make full payment within 48 hours may result in the appointment being released. In certain circumstances, we may accept a £50 non-refundable deposit upfront, with the final payment due on the day of the appointment. If the final payment cannot be collected in person on the day of the appointment, we will refuse access to the final product. All payments are processed immediately and are considered final, any payments made are non-refundable. These payment terms apply to all current and future bookings unless otherwise agreed in writing by Property Photography Group.

3. Booking Cancellation Policy, Fees & Refunds:

Refunds:

Partial or full refunds are at the discretion of Property Photography Group. Refund requests must be submitted via email to hello@propertyphotographygroup.com within 14 days of order completion. Refunds will be processed and returned within 30 days.

Late Payment Fees:

A late payment fee of £25 will be applied to invoices overdue by 7 days, with an additional £50 added for invoices overdue by 30 days. Failure to pay within 60 days may result in refusal of service and/or legal action to recover the outstanding balance, including court fees and legal costs.

Client Portal Members:

For our client portal members, we offer complimentary rescheduling or cancellation for appointments made more than 24 hours in advance. If changes are made within 24 hours of the appointment, a £25 fee will be applied. Clients or vendors who do not attend their scheduled appointment (no-show) will be charged the full service fee. Please note, these terms are applicable to any rescheduled appointment.

Non-Client Portal Members:

For non-client portal members, including new clients, vendors, tenants, and landlords, we offer a refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, minus a £50 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, including no-shows, are non-refundable. Rescheduling an appointment will transfer your existing payment to the new appointment time; however, please note that rescheduled appointments are also non-refundable. Final products will be delivered upon receipt of full payment. Standard payment terms apply. These terms apply to all current and future bookings unless otherwise agreed in writing by Property Photography Group.

4. Travel:

Travel within Dorset is provided free of charge. Properties outside Dorset will incur a minimum £10 travel fee. Travel costs are included in the booking charge or quoted prior to booking. Property Photography Group reserves the right to waive travel costs.

5. Work Product Ownership:

All copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, or products (“the work”) remain the sole property of Property Photography Group. Ownership does not transfer to the client under any circumstances.

6. Photo Licensing Agreement:

Property Photography Group grants the client (the individual or company paying for the product) a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the product for print, editorial, commercial, promotional, or personal purposes, both online and offline. The original client (Person or company who made the initial booking, plus clients with client portal access, even if not the direct payer) receives these rights with the initial order. Third parties (vendors, tenants, landlords, etc.) may obtain their own non-exclusive license for a one-time fee of £75. Photo licensing is included in the session fee.

7. Archive:

Digital products (excluding virtual tours) will be available for download via Dropbox or an online link. For clients with client portal access, orders are stored for up to 6 months (Photo+ members, 12 months). Property Photography Group is not responsible for storing orders beyond this timeframe. New clients and third party' orders are stored for 30 days. Property Photography Group is not responsible for storing orders beyond 30 days. Virtual Tours are active for 3 months, however an extension of 3, 6 or 12 month’s can be requested (additional fees apply). Property Photography Group may retain certain content for promotional purposes.

  • Contract: When processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you.
